GoldenGyms suggests 8 ways to not give up fitness.
And that’s where we set up a weekly exercise program and start with appetite and confidence. But something happens from the 2nd, the 3rd day and things change. The excuses for not going for a run, for not doing our abs appear one after the other.
How will we do it this time too? What are the “obstacles” we will put on ourselves so that it no longer finds other excuses? There are several methods that will help us not to give up the effort but to continue successfully once again. 8 ways to never give up exercise
Method 1
We wear the uniform and sneakers, even if everything tells us we have to stay home! We are already ready, one step before the start. At least that way we will have one less excuse.
Method 2
We hang beautiful photos from our favorite sport at home (walking, weights, yoga, running). For those who work on a computer, they can use them as wallpaper and as a screen saver. It thus becomes a constant reminder, even if we do not realize it.
Method 3
We think that if we go back we will regret it. Did we really have something better to do to sacrifice our fitness? Daily exercise is health
Method 4
We find the right company that will motivate us when we are not in the mood (we will do the same for them). When we have company, everything becomes easier and more painless.
Method 5
We play our favorite music whenever possible. Our choice in music must be such that it motivates us. Instead of music, we can also listen to our favorite Audio Books. If we exercise at home, we can also watch a fitness program on TV or a documentary related to nature. We will be impressed by how fast time passes. Method 6 We set a goal. We ask ourselves to travel a little longer, to do even one more tummy tuck and generally to achieve something more.
Method 7
We set a goal schedule for the whole month and place it somewhere we will see it often, every day. If we do even a day back, we paint it with bright color to remember our act.
Method 8
We reward ourselves with a small and tasty snack on the same day. It will give us the necessary joy and something we will look forward to during the exercise. Our goal remains one, not to give up the effort for today. Tomorrow is another day.
