Returns policy

GoldenGymsService & Techniques is not responsible for any damage during transport by a third party.

PRODUCT RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF AND WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE BY THE MANUFACTURER.

You have the right to return the product purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in the following cases only.
Returns involving defective products go through the technical inspection process before we proceed to a refund, in order to confirm the reason for return and establish that the fault results from a manufacturing error and not due to mishandling.

Please note that some products will need to be checked by one of our expert technicians at our authorised service centre and it may take longer for a refund or replacement to be approved.

If the product is not found to be defective after inspection, the product will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.

Once the process is complete, we will proceed with the replacement.

Cancellation of orders

You can cancel your order before the completion of the online process. Cancellation of an order that has been invoiced, packed and delivered to the courier company by us is not accepted. The order cancellation process is carried out either by telephone or email.
